- All orders receive
a confirmation order number and e-mail
confirmation immediately
after submission.
- If you did not
receive an order confirmation number, it is
possible that your
order did not go through.
- If you did not
receive an e-mail confirmation, your e-mail
address may be unavailable
or incorrect.
- On occasion
we are required to contact customers for
confirmation of an order.
If we are unable to reach you, your order will not
be processed.
- All inquiries
regarding an order must refer to the confirmation
order number.
- All credit cards
will be charged in U.S. Dollars.
- Orders are shipped
via insured U.P.S. Ground unless otherwise
specified.
- We can ship
via U.P.S. Next Day or 2nd Day. Please contact us
for expedited
shipping cost.
- U.P.S. can not
deliver to a PO Box. Give a physical address to
avoid delays.
- Once your order
has been processed and is in transit, you will
receive an e-mail
notification with a U.P.S. tracking number and
anticipated date
of delivery.
- Shipments outside
the continental U.S. may ship via the postal
service and may
be an additional charge based on location, product
value and
weight.
- International
orders may take up to 4-6 weeks for processing
and delivery.
- International
recipients are responsible for any taxes and / or
duties.
- An authorized
exchange must be requested via e-mail within 15
days from purchase

be returned for credit. No refunds. Brushes,
combs,hair care,
accessories and personal goods are excluded from
exchanges.
- Shipping costs
are not refundable.
- Merchandise
must be returned prepaid.

must be returned in original package and
condition with all attachments,
enclosures and paperwork. All merchandise will be
evaluated and
are subject to retooling and restocking costs.

out of stock, your order will remain active until the

can be shipped. Your credit card will not be

active and will be shipped when in stock unless
